Refund & Return Policy

At Colivavo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging whenever possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items may be returned or exchanged within the 30-day return period:

  • Necklaces
  • Pendants
  • Bracelets
  • Other standard jewelry accessories sold on our website

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without sufficient order information
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or accidents after delivery
  • Gift cards or store credit

Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you would like to return an item because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • The item is no longer wanted
  • The item does not meet your personal preference

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible for return.

In these situations, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • An exchange
  • A full refund

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Colivavo will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

We do not charge any restocking fee or exchange processing fee.

For customer-initiated exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For exchanges resulting from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Colivavo will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, replacement items that are in stock are typically shipped within 3 business days.

Refund Processing Time

After your returned item is delivered to our return facility and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Colivavo pays return shipping.
  • No restocking fee: Colivavo does not charge any restocking fee on returns or exchanges.
