The shop

Colivavo is a catalog of decorative pet necklaces. Manufacturing and registration are in Yiwu, China. Berkeley, California is printed for post and approved returns—not as a headquarters and not as a plant.

Who may buy

18 or older, or a parent/guardian buying. Use a real ship-to.

Accounts and conduct

Keep login details private. Do not attack the site, scrape it for a competing catalog, or reuse our photos as your own listing art.

Listings

Pearl color and metal tone can shift a little on different screens. Jewelry for pets is decoration; watch the animal while it is worn. We can fix a bad price or description and cancel that line with a refund of what you paid for it.

Money

USD at checkout. Tax by destination. Pay with the methods shown. We can drop an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot pack.

After you click pay

A confirmation is not a promise that every SKU is on the shelf. If a line cannot go out, that line is refunded.

Shipping limits and free standard postage are on the Shipping page. Sending a necklace back without our written OK is on the Return page.

Rights in the pages

Copy, photos, and the Colivavo name stay with us or our licensors except for ordinary browsing.

Reviews

If you send a photo or review, we may show it on the shop. You must have the right to send it.

Limits the law allows

The site is offered as available. We are not liable for indirect loss. For a single order, our cap is the sum you paid for that order, to the extent the law allows.

You will cover the company if your misuse of the site creates a claim against it, as far as the law allows.

These Terms follow California law, without its conflict rules. Write to us first. If a court case is needed, California courts are the venue except where a consumer statute says otherwise.

Carrier storms, disasters, and government stops can delay a box; those events are outside a packing promise.

Updates

A new date at the top means the Terms changed. Using the shop after that date is acceptance where the law permits.
