Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Colivavo. We are committed to providing reliable shipping and a smooth delivery experience for every customer. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states).

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • P.O. Boxes

As our business continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our shipping services to additional regions in the future.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

No minimum purchase is required. Shipping charges will automatically appear as Free during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days will begin processing the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after the carrier has received your package.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@colivavo.com.

We are happy to assist with address changes before an order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

To help avoid delivery issues, please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected during checkout based on your shipping address and the tax regulations of the applicable U.S. state.

The final tax amount, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your payment.

Shipping Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.
