Coverage

Street addresses in the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.

Not covered: Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, and any address outside the United States. Those checkouts can be cancelled and refunded.

What you pay to ship

Standard ground is $0.00 on qualifying contiguous-U.S. orders. There is no order minimum. Tax still follows the destination state.

What “California” on this site means

Beads and findings are made in Yiwu. The Sacramento Street line in Berkeley is a mail drop for letters and approved returns. It is not labeled here as a West Coast warehouse and we do not claim that every carton leaves that doorway.

When a paid order starts moving

Staff usually start packing within 1–2 business days after payment.

Same-day start: paid and in stock before 2:00 PM PT on a business day. After that—or on a weekend or holiday—the clock starts the next business day.

How long the box is on the road

After the first scan, many lower-48 parcels move for about 3–7 business days. Counting from payment, a common window is 4–9 business days. Mountains and sparse ZIP codes can run longer. None of these numbers are a promised delivery date.

Tracking

The number goes out by email when the carrier has the carton. Public tracking can sit blank for up to a day.

If the necklace arrives wrong

Photograph the outer box and the jewelry before you throw packing away. Loose pearls, a broken clasp, or a crushed mailer should be sent to service@colivavo.com with the order number.

Wrong house number

Fix the address only before dispatch, by emailing service@colivavo.com. After the label prints, a failed delivery caused by the address you typed may come back; we can reship (you may pay postage) or refund the goods only.
